Truck & bus accidents. Ken Shigley is a trucking safety trial attorney with a successful track record, who has served as Chair of the Southeastern Motor Carrier Liability Institute, sponsored by the Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and North Carolina Trial Lawyers Associations.

Catastrophic personal injury. Ken Shigley has handled litigation on both sides of personal injury cases for 25 years, including cases of wrongful death, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, amputations, burns, and back and neck injuries. He is a former chair of the Tort & Insurance Practice Section of the Georgia Bar and of the Georgia Insurance Law Institute, and has chaired annual seminars on personal injury practice for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education in Georgia.

Wrongful death. Ken Shigley started out as a prosecutor trying criminal cases of murder, manslaughter and vehicular homicide, and has litigated on both sides of civil wrongful death cases since the early 1980's.

Defective products. Ken Shigley has successfully represented plaintiffs in seven-figure recoveries for catastrophic injuries based upon defects in motor vehicle roofs, seatbelts, seats, brakes, tires, as well as a variety of industrial equipment and consumer products.
