You may feel -- sometimes rightly -- that it is unseemly to rush to an attorney. But  there are types of cases where it is important to act quickly to preserve evidence that would be destroyed. You can be sure that the insurance company for the party at fault has someone out to investigate promptly, often before the debris is cleared.

We aren't one of the "one call that's call" personal injury mills that run big TV and Yellow Pages ads, and process cheap settlements on thousands of cases every year.
